I hope you’ve been well. I’ve been meaning to check in on you, but you know how busy life can be! Truthfully, I think that’s a lame excuse not to take care of each other, which is why I’m writing. It’s time that we slow down and make sure that we’re living our best lives, and doing our part to make this world a better place.
Things have been pretty good around here. After graduating from college a few years ago, I felt lost… in some ways I still am. I’m still figuring things out day by day. Some days I’m extremely happy, and others I feel stuck. That’s normal; the important thing is that we constantly strive for love and light.
As you may remember, I self-published The Wounds That Don’t Bleed in 2019. I received a ton of positive feedback, but more importantly, I inspired others to go after their dreams. I’d be lying if I said I was able to quit my day job. I wasn’t. However, my life evolved in other beautiful ways since then. I was blessed to have met my boyfriend, aka my soulmate, and we are now living together. I’ve started writing 5 books, all of which are totally different from my first. There’s one that I’ve recently started focusing on; it’s the most difficult one to write, but possibly the most interesting. I’m also looking into graduate school, and I started this blog so that we can connect more regularly.
Anyway, that’s enough about me for now. How are you doing? How has your life been evolving?
I hope these letters find you well.
